Intuit:
Redefining Perceptions about AI to Support Small Business
Redefining Perceptions about AI to Support Small Business
Intuit’s Global Public Affairs team partnered to educate small business owners, policymakers, congressional staffers, and political insiders about the company’s role in helping small businesses through a suite of responsible AI products.
Together, we implemented a global awareness campaign—including event activations, out-of-home installations, a custom landing page, and paid media—that garnered over 7 million digital impressions. The campaign increased transparency and awareness of Intuit’s AI tools by featuring small businesses that benefit from Intuit technologies.
Scope: Creative Strategy, Messaging, Campaign Identity
The Process:
We seized an opportunity at POLITICO’s AI & Tech Summit in Washington, D.C. to create to a pop-activation that provided relatable, educational touch-points to the policy community.
I sourced inspiration from favorite local brick and mortars, bodegas down the street, and markets to craft an experience centered around a small business.
