Intuit: Creating Campaigns to Support Small Business
I worked with Intuit's Global Public Affairs team to educate small business owners, policymakers, congressional staffers, and political insiders about the company’s role in helping small businesses grow through a suite of responsible AI products.
Together, we implemented a global awareness campaign—including event activations, out-of-home installations, a custom landing page, and paid media—that garnered over 7 million digital impressions. The campaign increased transparency and awareness of Intuit’s AI tools by featuring small businesses that benefit from Intuit technologies.
At POLITICO’s AI & Tech Summit in Washington, D.C., I led the up front creative direction for an activation that transformed complex policy discussions into an accessible, engaging experience for the policy community. Drawing inspiration from beloved local institutions—bodegas, markets, and small businesses—I designed a campaign that blended relatability with education, creating touchpoints that felt as familiar as visiting your neighborhood corner store while immersing attendees in the future of AI and technology.
Scope: Creative Strategy, Messaging, Campaign Identity, Event Activation Design

Process Insight:
At POLITICO’s AI & Tech Summit in Washington, D.C., we identified a unique opportunity to elevate the brand’s presence through a pop-up activation designed to resonate with the policy community on a human level.
Drawing inspiration from beloved local institutions—corner bodegas, neighborhood coffee counters, and open-air markets—I led the creative direction for an immersive experience anchored in the familiarity of a small business. I guided the client through the concept using hand-drawn sketches and environmental studies, presenting two distinct fabrication approaches: a compact coffee stall and a mobile food truck setup. As the idea evolved, we ultimately landed on a brick-and-mortar-inspired setup that featured a curated gallery wall and interactive screens—blending analog charm with digital engagement to create a space that felt both grounded and forward-thinking.
